A 5-story affordable housing development delivered in 2013, built next to a strategic light-rail station in Denver, CO
ULC purchased the land in 2011 for $1.2 M with financing through Denver’s Transit-Oriented Development Fund (TOD Fund). It sold the land to a developer in 2012 that was awarded $1 M in annual low-income tax credits from the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority.

The Urban Land Conservancy (ULC), a nonprofit organization established in 2003, uses real estate as a tool to enrich urban communities.
