7/31/14 – The Brookings Institute Updates 2011 Study on the Growth of Concentrated Poverty
The Brookings Institute updated their 2011 study called the “Re-emergence of Concentrated Poverty” with a new study they’re calling “The Growth and Spread of Concentrated Poverty, 2000 to 2008-20012“. This study describes where and and at what rate low-income households are being concentrated in high poverty/distressed neighborhoods.
